Golden Thread

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Golden Thread mobile application (“App”) and related services. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Golden Thread provides AI-assisted self-discovery, personality insights, daily energy guidance, and relationship compatibility content for entertainment and personal reflection. Content is not medical, legal, or financial advice.

2. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Golden Thread Premium is an auto-renewable monthly subscription that unlocks premium features described in the App.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price shown in the App.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
One-time in-app purchases (where offered) are processed by Apple and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple policy.

3. Apple Standard Terms

This App is licensed to you under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at Apple Standard EULA.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the App, or use the App in violation of applicable laws.

5. Privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer

The App and all content are provided “as is” for entertainment purposes only. We make no warranties regarding accuracy or outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
